Recently I had to change the DB_domainname on my 10g instance DB server.
There was a problem with some reports/forms on OAS on the web server that I
had to correct.

Now when I go to OEM it tells me that the DB is up, the agent is connected
but the listener is down.

What could be causing this to inaccurately report this way?

By the way I am not an ORACLE guy... I do MSSQL normally...
