First, I am on AIX 5L, I did a clean install of Oracle 10.2.0.1 and I could access Database control fine. I then upgraded to 10.2.0.3. Here is where I think I went wrong, all upgrades in the past I did manually, this time I thought I would use the dbua (database upgrade assistant). Since I completed the upgrade and imported my data (only a custom schema) I can't login to Database Control using sysdba, I can login using normal (the system account) or I can login using the command line (sqlplus) as sys as sysdba or using the listener alias [Email Address Removed] as sysdba. Also in Grid control when the login screen comes up it also gives invalid user/password error, same as DB control.
I need to get this setup so the junior DBAs here have a way to access this instance. :)
Any help would be appreciated.
I have already done a relink all and this did not help.
