i have executed the scripts utlmail.sql and prvtmail.plb


SQL> show parameter SMTP_OUT_SERVER;

SQL> show user;
USER is "SYS"
SQL> @E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\RDBMS\ADMIN\utlmail.sql;

Package created.


Synonym created.

SQL> desc utl_mail.send ;
ERROR:
ORA-04043: object utl_mail.send does not exist
