Abhijeet,

There are three ways as far as I recall:

1. Use the DELETE method of the recordset object you have created for
the table
2. Use the ConnectionObject.Execute "DELETE FROM TABLE_NAME"
3. Use the Delete method of the DATA control Active-X control (if) you
are using.
