I would think they have to tie them together somehow. Using the steps I stated in my last email, I can go into this form and put in any username I want and 'PRINTER' as the profile name and see or assign a default printer for that user. The down side is you can only query on 1 user at a time. I so very much hope I don't have to go through 1 user at a time to find which one is still using the printer in question. You know, the last user I pull up out of the 1500 will be the one with the printer assigned. So I am hoping someone out there can figure this out.
