I take it you have no user exports either?
If not, with all due respect, I'd say you're screwed.
If you have exports, trash the DB, recreate it, create your users and import
the data.
If not, I'm afraid you'll have to treat it as a learning experience.
If you can't afford to lose it, back it up...
