Is there any thing called load balancing for single node?
We know load balancing in RAC with multi node.

You haven't given us any information. If this is single-instance (that is, not RAC), you aren't going to achieve any load-balancing.

Please give us an idea of what you're trying to accomplish? What are you trying to balance?
