Could anybody help me with tis scenery? Scenery:


OS: LINUX RED HAT AS5
DATABASE: ORACLE 10G (10.2.0.2)

I have a primary and standby database in different servers.

I configured the DataGuard Broker using DGMGRL command line.

The logs are being correctly transferred and applied on standby.
The databases are synchronized.

I configured Enterprise Manager in the primary server with the command:

emca -config dbcontrol db -restored recreate


I get to manage my production database but when I choose the dataguard
option and I click in the standby server, I receive the message:

Server still not discovered.

Questions:

1) How to do the discovery of the standby server for management in
Enterprise Manager?

When I try to execute the command: emca -config dbcontrol db -restored
recreate in the standby server I receive erros: Invalid password for the
user DBSNMP. (I cannot alter the password because the standby DB can only
be open in READONLY MODE)

2) How to configure automatic STARTUP of my standby database in case of
reboot of the server?

If I put "Y" in the definition of the sid in the ORATAB file the dbstart
executes a startup open and then the standby is opened in READONLY MODE. So
I have to MANUALLY startup the standby with the following commands:
startup mount;
alter database recover managed standby database using current logfile
disconnect;

Any help would be appreciated.
