1) How to configure automatic STARTUP of my standby database in case of
reboot of the server?

I'm running under Red Hat AS5.

If I put "Y" in the definition of the sid in the ORATAB file the
dbstart executes a startup open and then the standby is opened in READONLY
MODE. So
I have to MANUALLY startup the standby with the following commands:
startup mount;
alter database recover managed standby database using current logfile
disconnect;

Any help would be appreciated.
