Verify that the user that owns the stored procedure has explicit
permissions to the view (instead of thru a role). Role permissions are
not used within stored procedures.
Good luck.

Subject: DBA_OBJECTS visibility
Hello everyone,
When I try to query DBA_OBJECTS in one of my stored
procedures, I get ORA-00942 (table or view does not exist). I am
querying this view in a cursor.
What am I doing wrong here... can't DBA_OBJECTS be queried
inside a PL/SQL block thru a cursor?
Thanks & Regards
Krishnakumar R S
