It is there, but just confirmed that I can 'ping' from the gateway to
the OEM GRID server, but cannot 'ping' from the OEM GRID server to the
gateway (it is a firewall issue). I have to resolve this issue first.

Did you add the target hostname to the hostfile on your grid server?
