I am trying to start up dcm-deamon process in one of the application
server and received the following messages. After turning the debug,
found the following entry in the dcm log file. Has anyone of you seen
the same problem before? It it related to OID permission and what is the
solution?

Resolution:
Check the exception thrown by the Repository API for resolution
information.
Some common causes of this problem are as follows:
OID is not running or unavailable
the ias.properties file is misconfigured with incorrect OID
connection information
OID permissions are incorrectly defined Base Exception:
oracle.ias.repository.schema.SchemaException
Unable to retrieve the Database connect information for Schema DCM from
Oracle Internet Directory Server for the repository REPDB. Please verify
that the correct Oracle Internet Directory Server parameters are
specified in
/oraloc/app/product/oasrel2_IMCluster/config/ias.properties. Make sure
that the Oracle Internet Directory Server specified in OIDhost, OIDport,
OIDsslport, SSLOnly is up and running. Base Exception :
oracle.ias.repository.schema.SchemaException: Unable to retrieve
Attributes for orclReferenceName=REPDB,cn=IAS Infrastructure Databases,
cn=IAS, cn=Products, cn=OracleContext from Oracle Internet Directory
Server ldap://destiny4-prv:389/. Base Exception :
javax.naming.NoPermissionException: [LDAP: error code 50 - Insufficient
