Firstly, export to CSV.
Then ftp your csv files to your server.
Then create control files to represent the data within your csv files.
Then run sql loader using each of your control files.
I've been deliberately vague about how to do this as it would be much more
beneficial to you to read up on sqlldr. Check out the Oracle documentation.
It has everything you need.
