What browser are they using??? There are issues with Internet Explorer,
Oracle Enterprise Manager (Web) and hostnames with underscores (and
other unsupported characters) in the hostname. I found this via an
Oracle TAR. Firefox works fine with underscores in hostnames. Go
figure.
Not sure if this relates to your situation, though, but though I'd save
you the effort I went through with Oracle on this.
Cheers,
Stephen

Subject: Computer name/IP
Guys,
I have this application server setup.
I sent out the link to everyone:http://ComputerName/Folder/
Half of the group could reach it but the other half could not.
When the other half tried IP instead of name, it worked fine.
Any idea on this?
I also discovered of the ones that can reach it, they were on the same
ip range.
ex Server
XXX.YY.ZZZ.AAA
People who can reach it:
XXX.YY.ZZZ.BBB
People who cannot: (Again they can reach it by IP; just not by name)
XXX.YY.XXZ.BBB.
Thanks
