Set SID and ORACLE_HOME to the right instance before running dbconsole.

Dear friends
I am using oracle 10g.r2 on windows platform. I have just configure two
seprate instances (Suppose A & B) on this machine. But when i run OEM its
run my first one instance A. I want to run my second instance B?
