My default OEM installation on Windows uses port 1158. If that is occupied,
then it uses 5500, then 5501, then 5502 etc.
The port can be found in
%oracle_home%/<hostname>_<sid>/sysman/config/emom.properties
But you must use emca eg.
emca -reconfig ports -DBCONTROL_HTTP_PORT
to reconfigure ports.
