Hi,
Forgot to mention that we are using Oracle 10.2.0.3 database. We also
saw that the actual data size is quite less as compared to HWM of
various UNDO segments. Oracle doesn't allow us to coalesce an Undo
Tablespace. :(

Just to throw more light into this, the tablespace is growing around 5G
a day for the past 15 days. It is not freeing up the space which is a
concern to all of us.

short span of time. The undo retention parameter is default 900 seconds.
Also there has been no uncommitted transaction. Please guide how to go
