As far as I know you state it's completely correct.

There is a requirement for a project wherein they want to store English,
French and German in the same
database (they also want object names in these different languages). They
say that SQL Server supports
it - and wanted to know about Oracle.
I ain't too sure - so wanted to confirm.
If I create the database using UTF8 can I store data in different languages
?
And is setting NLS_LANG on the client - the only thing required for - one
to enter french/german data
in the system ? (or is something more required to be done ?)
