Has anyone gotten DBMS_UTILITY.NAME_RESOLVE to work? I'm on 816, and for
whatever "NAME in VARCHAR2" I pass it, I get ORA-06564: object xxx does not
exist, even though I am passing it objects that indeed do exist. Also: what
is the usage of the "CONTEXT in number" parameter?
