Subject: Max processes reached - can not log on to the DB

I have application talks to an Oracle db, it opens 50
connection session pool every time. It does not
terminates itself, but be manuelly killed. However,
after the application grabs all the sessions, I can
not even log on to the db, nor other maintnence jobs
are performed.

Please advise: It there any way I can do to receive
several sessions for DBA use only? or what is the best
method to solve such a situation?

Thanks in advance

Kevin
