Hey Leo, add USE_SHARED_SOCKET=TRUE (as a string
entry) under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Oracle/

if u have multiple oracle homes add it to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Oracle/HOMEx (x being the
desire db)

you will need to restart oracle and the listener
