Include in the batch as the last command to run :
Execute dbms_utility.compile_schema('schema_name');
That would make things straight before hand

Subject: Compilation on execution ?
:
: Hi
:
: I'm supporting an application, that as part of the overnight batch run
: triggers + procedures become invalid. (350 + objects)
:
: Now the consultants implementing the system say that's fine as the trigger
: and subsequent procedures will be compiled on next execution.
:
: Surely this is an overhead on transaction time, further more I'm concerned
: about this and would like to see all objects valid + enabled all the time.
:
: Any thoughts or experience's anyone ?
:
: TIA
:
: Mitch
