Hi DB's,
I have to install 9i database (RAC) in new
machine, but our Oracle Application System
Administrator
told me he must install oracle applications (11i)
first and then I have to apply patch to database that
was installed by oracle applications to migrate it to
9i! My question is this only one away to precede? if
so how witch patch to apply and how?
