I think, you have to use the DROP USER user_name command.

Subject: Oracle 7.3
Hi,
I know this might not be true but is it true that the capacity for 7.3 is
65,000 users and that you cannot delete users from this??
It sounds a bit ludicrous but then anything is possible. The sticking point
is, can defunct users be deleted and if so, how?? Is there a special way or
the usual "drop user" command??
Please help!
Derek
