Our database crashed and after several attempts to repair the database we
finally decided to just recreate another database. We have Oracle 8.1.5 on
Red Hat Linux.

We attempted to recreate everything exactly to minimize error. However, now
when we run our scripts created for our previous database, we get the
following error..."Network Adapter Cannot Establish A Connection."

Any thoughts on what we might be overlooking?
