I am doing a full import into a new database I have created for testing
purposes. I am importing with the user ‘system’ who has the
imp_full_database and dba roles assigned among others.

The import is failing to create various objects with errors mainly to do
with there not being sufficient privileges for instance this error:

IMP-00003: ORACLE error 1950 encountered
ORA-01950: no privileges on tablespace 'SYSTEM'
IMP-00017: following statement failed with ORACLE error 1950


Is the only way around this to grant the user whose objects are not
being created the create role??
