by set pause on 11 rows are shown at a time.
or approx 11 lines u can say.
send you comment pls. am i write.
u can chech it on one 2 -3 fields table & more than that fields table.
i'm just telling this on practical basis.

It will show the output page by page but i don't know if you can set the
limit to 10
by this data will not be scrolled and you will able to data by pressing
enter key.

is there any query like,which works like dos commnad "dir *.rtf |more".
this command show one full screen data & then by pressing any key
show next full screen data.
or
is there any query to see first 10 rows & then next 10 & so on...
