We have an existing database link dblink1 from version 8.0.5 to remote db
8.1.5. It works fine.

Then we create another database link dblink2 from same source version 8.0.5
to remote db 8.1.7.2. After dblink2 was used, dblink1 is not working and gor
error as

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01401: inserted value too large for column
ORA-06512: at line 2
ORA-02063: preceding 3 lines from SIEBEL.

At this point, if I try to drop dblinks, I will get the same error.
Then I have to exit SQL*PLUS and come back in, then I can drop the dblink2.
