Hi all,
I am trying to install 8.1.7 on redhat 7.2.
but when i execute runInstaller, nothing is happening. i know 7.2 is not
certified by oracle.
but i've also heard that many guys out there have successfully installed
also.
i've installed on RH 6.2 before. i've followed the similar procedure for
7.2.
i couldn't find compat-egcs, compat-gilb packages on 7.2.
do i need to install these on 7.2 also? any version changes?
what jdk version do i have to install?
