hi list,
I am trying to load the LISTENER for Oracle8.1.7 on windows NT 4.0 and my
listener returns the following errors:

Tns-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
Tns-00530: Protocol adapter error
32-bit Windows Error: 2: No such file or directory
Any idea how i can fix it?
