Actually, from what I read it looks like the US
taxes the companies on the money they earn in US and
abroad, while other countries do not levy tax on the
money earled abroad. In effect the US companies are
being taxed twice on their earnings abroad, whic
doesn't make much sense. If my understanding is
correct, I bet changing that would keep most of the
companies from "moving"
