I have two machines on which I have Redhat 7,3 and Oracle 9i rel. 2. I have
been successful in the past creating a database with no datafiles and then
connecting it using Enterprise Manager Console.

If I try to create a database now, I get ORA - 03113 : end of file on
communication channel error. I click on Ignore and then I get ORA-03114:
not connected to Oracle. Is there any one who can guide me through to
creating the database.
