Hi all

I have 8.1.7 on sun solaris.

Recently we were ding lot of Sort operations on the database, and TEMP
Tablespace started growing. So i increased the space on that Tablespace, and
later brought down the instance and brought it back up to free the space...

Now when i try to change the space of that Tablespace again, i get an error
ORA-04031 : unable to allocate 4180 bytes shared memory "...


any help is appeciated....

Please HELP !!!
