Pasha,
I am no expert in replication. But it looks like there is not enough memory
left in the box to address this. Since you are getting ORA-600, try scanning
your alert.log at
http://www.unal-bilisim.com/products/iorabugfinder/iorabugfinder.html. It
could be a bug, I don't know. Sorry I am not of much help here.

You may also want to search Metalink or log an iTAR with Oracle.
