Kelly,
Check out the developers boards over at www.arsdigita.com. A group of folks
ported the ACS tool kit over to Postgres [http://openacs.org/] and you might
be able to find some good resources or knowledgeable folk there.

Subject: Slightly OT: Oracle vs PostgreSQL
Hi all,
Just been playing around a little bit with PostgreSQL database that came
with my latest install of Linux. Does anyone have any URL's that compare
this to Oracle....differences...etc.
I have been amazed so far at the similarities more than the differences as
I read the manuals and do examples. It appears that Postgres has a great
number of extra datatypes....and very large limits on row length,
tablesize...and total database size.....
Anyway, I'm always into learning new things....especially databases, and
wondered if anyone knew or of or had performed comparisons of the two...
TIA,
Kelly
