What's the exact difference between as far as ORACLE's INTENAL OPERATION IS
CONCERNED BETWEEN.

A.'ALTER TABLESPACE <TABLESPACE_NAME> OFFLINE &

B.'ALTER TABLESPACE BEGIN BACKUP'.
