Shahid,
Given your limited number of disk drives there is not much room to be
creative with the I/O distribution. What you have got is appropriate in the
given environment.
However, I would consider putting duplexed redo logs on /u1 and /u5. Also
control file-3 on /u1. I would also consider moving System TS to /u1. And
moving Rollbacks to /u6.
