Hallo oraora,
oracle.exe runs normally as localsystem account and not as you.
I don't recommend it and Oracle too.
If you really want to do it:
Change the service that it runs as you.
Do that in Control Panel/Administration/Service
and change OracleService<SID>.
Don't do it, unless for testing.
Why would you want to do it?
Maybe for Parallel Option?
