Hi All,
We have production database on solaris box. I can sign on 'sys as normal'
on our production system via TOAD/OEM on client but can't sign on 'sys as
sysdba'. It give me ORA-010310:insufficient privileges. I am wondering
what's controlling the privileges, is it oratab file or password file. Can
you please also let me know the difference between 'sys as normal' and 'sys
as sysdba'.
