Hi Gurus,
I'm trying to install the oracle 8i for windows 98 but I can't install
because in my system in have two partitions one windows98 on C: drive and the
other is windows 2000 advanced server on D: drive I previosly tried to
install oracle 8i for Windows 2000 some how that didn't work but now I'm
trying to install the oracle 8i for windows 98 on windows 98 and I keep
getting this error message saying Oracle 8i Personnel Edition cannot be
installed into an existing 8.0 ORACLE_HOME -----
I tried to delete my C: AND D: drives both and made a fresh windows 98
intallation to install oracle 9i for windows 98 but I keep on getting the
same message
can someone help me on this matter .
