While using OEM console I noticed that the timestamp is of the format
HH:MI:SS AM (or PM).
In the repository database the format is HH24:MI:SS
How can I change OEM Console so it displays a date/timestamp like 27-02-2003
23:15:10 e.g. ??

Please advise.
