Mateys,
I get a Sun machine running Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 on SunOS 5.9 Generic 112233-02
August 2002 with 4 CPUs.
However, all CPU is busy all the time. Ideal is Zero !!! And the CPU spends
about 35% time in doing system job instead of Oracle job (users). Is that
normal ??? I don't think so. Anything I can tune or investigate this problem
???
