Benny,
Don't think this will work....when you sqlload tables the database will
need to be brought up in read-write mode which destroys its standby-ability.
You will have to recreate the standby database from a clone of your cold.
Now in 9i there is the capability to do this using DataGuard and a logical
standby database.
