I do not understand the reason to drop/rebuild the entire database, but if that's what you have
decicdd to do, then look into using Export/Import utilities.
I also assume that you do not need to preserve the data.
Exporting with rows=n will export all database structures etc. without any table data.
You can then then build an empty database and Import from the dump file.
