Iam running IBM AIX 5.1 oracle 8.1.7.4, 32 BIT

Hai,
Is there any Max limit of SGA to a single instance ?
My SGA size for one database is 1.7 GB and I have Oracle 8.1.7.4 on
AIX
5.1.
Has any one got any Doc on Maximum limits of memory that need to be
allocated to one instance.
