Generate a list of Dave's suppliers and show, as
a percentage of the total dollar amount of sales made, how much of this money is spent
on each supplier's products. Order the output from the supplier with the largest
percentage to the suppliers with the least. If a supplier hasn't had any of their items sold
(i.e. 0%), then you should show them in this list as well.
