which is the data dictionary query?

i drilled down deeper. It turns out the locks being held by DBWR are for
media recovery. any idea where to check next?

Im not sure why DBWR would be performing a media recovery. I also checked my
script and I cannot access DBA_FREE_SPACE view. I do any kind of query on it
and it is blocked.
