Hi!

This is my first e-mail to the list. Please somebody respond so I know I'm
on it.

I installed Oracle 9.2 on a Windows 2000 Professional machine. I'm trying
to start the Apache server, but I get this error:

[Mon Jun 30 16:29:30 2003] [alert] (5)Access is denied: FastCGI:
CreateMutex()
failed
Syntax error on line 92 of c:/orahome/sqlplus/admin/isqlplus.conf:
failed to create FastCGI application accept mutex

The isqlplus.conf file looks fine. But, it does mention a utility -
htpasswd - to
add users to the *.pw file. Is this what I must do? Where is this utility?
