Hi DBA's

I've got two queries and would appreciate any help.

(1) Using version 8.0.6 of Oracle, is it true that invalid procedures are
recompiled by Oracle at runtime? I had 23 objects as invalid, but was
informed that this was not an issue as Oracle would recompile them when they
are called.

(2) I got an ORA - 00600 error message (internal error code) with nothing in
any of the square brackets. Is this an application issue for not supplying
the correct parameters, or could it just be Oracle unable to determine the
parameters?
