A long time ago, Oracle had the Business Alliance Partner program where you
can sub-license your Oracle to your clients as a runtime license. I don't
know if that program is still around.

But my question is, is there still (or perhaps it's a new thing) Runtime
Oracle license? (it's not really mentioned anywhere on Oracle's site.) Is it
the same as the BAP runtime license, or is it something completely
different? Pros and cons of getting said runtime license?
